a) To develop a system to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
b) Coordinate quality-related activities by developing an organised methodology of documentation and internal communication.
c) Formulate strategies for curriculum enrichment through Optimization and integration of modern methods of teaching and learning.
d) Integrating the activities of the College to promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
e) Conduct the internal and external Academic Audits on assessment and evaluation process of departments to promote quality, accountability and transparency.
f) Implement a system of feedback on processes and policies of the College from stakeholders.
g) Coordinate programmes that aim to Promote scientific research skills among faculty and students to advancing the career prospects.
h) Organise special programmes for advanced learners and slow learners.
i) Organise workshops and seminars on quality-related issues/themes and thus promote a culture of quality in all areas and activities of the College.
j) Promote inter- institutional collaboration to facilitate resource sharing.
k) Contribute to the decision-making process related to the functioning of the institution.
