Social and Outreach Club

Overview

The social and outreach club focuses on equipping students for community service and develop social responsibility. Various programmes undertaken includes planting of saplings, promoting kitchen garden, environmental sanitation, old clothes distribution, health awareness and adult literacy. As members of the club, students learn to demonstrate their leadership by initiating activities useful to community and learn to work collaboratively. The intention is that with relatively small input the impact would be largely felt. Activities would be done under the banner of Don Bosco College. External resource persons will be roped in.
