A comprehensive waste segregation mechanism has been implemented across the campus with colour-coded waste bins designated for biodegradable, recyclable, and non-recyclable waste. Every classroom is equipped with a waste basket to encourage responsible disposal of waste at the source, while each department and every floor is provided with adequately placed waste bins that are regularly monitored, cleaned, and maintained to ensure a hygienic campus environment.

In line with its commitment to sustainable practices, biodegradable waste generated from the canteen and campus gardens is scientifically processed through composting. The nutrient-rich compost produced is utilized to nourish the college's lush gardens and landscaped green spaces, promoting a circular approach to resource management.

Recognizing the importance of health and dignity, the college has also established dedicated menstrual hygiene facilities. Sanitary napkin vending machines and eco-friendly incinerators have been installed in the girls' washrooms of both the Science Block and the Arts Block, ensuring convenient access to sanitary products and the safe, hygienic disposal of sanitary waste.
