The College Office serves as the administrative backbone of Don Bosco College, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all academic and institutional activities. Guided by a dedicated team comprising the Office Superintendent, Office Secretary, and Accountant, the office is committed to delivering prompt, transparent, and student-centric administrative services.
The office efficiently manages a wide range of responsibilities, including student admissions, examination administration, university correspondence, certificate issuance, fee management, scholarships, and other institutional procedures. It also maintains comprehensive records of students, faculty, and non-teaching staff, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and systematic documentation in every aspect of administration.
With a strong emphasis on professionalism and service excellence, the College Office provides timely assistance to students, parents, faculty, and visitors. Every query and request is handled with courtesy, efficiency, and a commitment to ensuring a seamless administrative experience.
To facilitate convenient access to services, the College Office operates during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Certificate & Document Collection: 1:50 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. on working days
- Lunch Break: 12:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
